-
Third-Party Actions: The Pet Sitter is not liable for damage or loss caused by a pet to the Owner's home, property, or third parties, nor are they liable for the pet’s health if a third party (e.g., a neighbor, cleaner, or family member) has concurrent access to the home during the service period.

Extreme Saskatchewan Weather: During periods of extreme weather (e.g., extreme winter blizzards, wind chill warnings, or extreme summer heat), the Pet Sitter reserves the right to alter exercise routines (such as shortening outdoor walks and replacing them with indoor enrichment) to ensure the physical safety and frostbite/heatstroke prevention of the animal.
-
The Pet Sitter respects the Owner's right to secure their property using outdoor security cameras (e.g., Ring doorbells, floodlight cameras). However, to protect the privacy and data security of the Pet Sitter, the Owner agrees that all internal, indoor cameras and audio-recording devices must be completely turned off, unplugged, or disabled for the entire duration of the service period.
