Terms of Service

For good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:

Extent of Agreement:
a. The Agreement is comprised of the following documents:
i. this Agreement form; and
ii. the Terms and Conditions. -please read
Recitals:

The Trainer is qualified to provide canine training and consulting services.

The Client is the owner of the dog listed at the top of this agreement.

Training Fees:

Client agrees to pay Trainer the non-refundable fee determined beforehand and listed on the website. 1st session fee plus applicable taxes is to be paid prior to the initial session.​

Any amounts due and payable to the Trainer shall be made by cash, credit card or email money transfer to april@wigglebumstraining.com

All sessions must be completed within 6 months from the date of commencement of the contract or they will be forfeited unless agreed upon by prior consent from Trainer.
Services:

Trainer agrees to provide private lessons for Client and Dog on a lesson-by-lesson basis, the goal being to teach Client how to train and work with Dog.

These lessons will take place at Client's home or previously disclosed location outside of the home.

Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help Client achieve training and behaviour modification goals, but makes no guarantee of Dog's performance or behaviour as a result of providing professional animal behaviour consultation.

Client understands that he/she and members of the household must follow Trainer's instructions without modification, work with dog daily as recommended, and constantly reinforce training being given to Dog.

At Trainers discretion, training will be discontinued without refund if Client is not following protocols and instructions issued by Trainer.

Whenever in this Agreement it is required or permitted that notice or demand be given or served by either party of this Agreement to or on the other party, such notice or demand must be in writing and is validly given or served if delivered personally or if sent by registered mail to:

In the case of sections 1 and 2 of the Terms and Conditions, notice shall be deemed sufficient if given by phone.
Miscellaneous:​

Client agrees that any pictures, audio or video taken by Trainer or Its Agents of any private training session, group class or any other activity sponsored by Trainer is the property of Trainer and can be used for marketing, promotion and training purposes by Trainer. Further, Trainer will retain exclusive and perpetual worldwide rights to such content.
